Field support for site preparation, material handling, and task execution on active construction zones.
Pay rate: $17-$22/hr
Shift schedule: Project-based
Location: Miami-Dade / Broward, FL
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean work zones before and after shifts.
- Move and stage construction materials safely.
- Support crews with demolition, framing, and concrete-adjacent tasks.
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments.
- PPE compliance and safety-first behavior.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Work authorization required for W-2 employment.
